HOBOKEN — Hold on to your hats! The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for the area from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1. The Hoboken Parking Utility announced that Hoboken residents with residential parking permits may keep their vehicles in the garage located on 2nd Street between Hudson and River streets (Garage B) until 8 p.m. tonight, Dec. 1, for a rate of $5. The decision comes in the anticipation of flooding.
