HOBOKEN – The Hoboken Public Library will host a program about the state and future of Haiti on Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. on the second floor, 500 Park Ave.
The program is entitled “Why Couldn’t Haiti Be Rescued?” and will feature several presentations and a panel discussion from experts in fields of academia, human rights, health, film, and journalism. In addition, the discussion is geared toward “What it takes to put Haiti on the right track.”
This presentation is intended to help the community understand the state of Haiti and what can be done to move the nation forward in a positive direction. Please call (201) 420-2347 to RSVP.
