HUDSON COUNTY AND BEYOND – The New York Times is reporting that the New York region received its biggest earthquake in 18 years Tuesday morning. The Times reported that a 3.9 magnitude quake occurred off the coast of New Jersey at 10:46 a.m. The epicenter, according to the report, was 80 miles south of Montauk, N.Y., and 110 miles east of Long Beach Island.
