HOBOKEN – Visitors to Hoboken are not an unusual weekend occurrence. But a different group of visitors made their way to the Mile Square City this past weekend, as artists and enthusiasts from across the area descended upon Hoboken for the 30th Annual Hoboken Artists Studio Tour. Art connoisseurs, with their maps from The Hoboken Reporter in hand, traveled throughout the city on a sunny weekend exploring the fine work presented by artists from Hoboken and beyond.
Over 150 artists invited guests to their studios, or to public areas where art was displayed and sold.
The event was presented by Mayor Dawn Zimmer, the City of Hoboken, the Hudson Reporter newspapers and The Hudson County Division of Cultural & Heritage Affairs. In Hoboken’s square mile, there were approximately 45 stops throughout the city which featured work completed by artists from far and wide.
