Developers would be wise to use public input

Dear Editor:
Letting the public in on the process for development. The developers will have to show their willingness to work along with the public on whatever Hoboken needs. More public input helps to weed out any “discrepancies” illegalities, and additional legal expenses that seem to occur frequently and cost the taxpayer “down the line” after said developments are built and in use. The ordinary everyday citizen is honored by having a part in the future here. Environmentally sound and green and “caps” on contracts with attached legal ramifications will certainly save a lot of grief and Hoboken money even while said developments are in the planning process. This is looking ahead and behind at the same time! Good idea…
