Funeral services were held Sept. 23 for Shrimatie “Debbie” Parasram (Phagoo), 45, of Jersey City. She died Sept. 16. She was the wife of Hardeo Parasram; the mother of Wanita and Woheema; the sister of Deonarain, Krishna, and Vishnu Phagoo, and Nadira Moonsammy.
