Funeral services were held Sept. 24 for Michael A. Giacona, 75, of North Bergen. He passed away Sept. 19 at Hackensack University Medical Center. He was a retired general manger for Ascione Motors in North Bergen, after working there for 50 years. He was the father of Gina Giacona and Michael A. Giacona Jr. and wife Angela; the brother of Anne Heinis, Rose Marchitto, Joseph Giacona, the late Anthony Giacona, Connie Henne, Mary DeCicco, and Frank Giacona.; the friend of the late Lawrence Shallis; and the grandfather of Alex. Services arranged by Vainieri Funeral Home of North Bergen.
