A funeral mass was celebrated Sept. 21 at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Jersey City, for Laura Arroyo, 83, of Jersey City. She died Sept. 17 at the Lakeview Care Center in Wayne. She was the wife of the late Confessor Arroyo; the mother of Dora Rodriguez, German Arroyo, Heriberta Tirado, and the late Cecilio Arroyo; and the grandmother of 11.
