HOBOKEN —Mile Square Theatre will present the First Annual Hoboken Family Arts Fest on Saturday, Sept. 11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fest is billed as an event to celebrate the arts and the joy of reading.
Mile Square Theatre is located at the Monroe Center, 720 Monroe St., in Hoboken.
“In addition to the events onstage, MST will have a full schedule of workshops for kids; dance, yoga, and drama,” according to a release. “The MST Drama School faculty will be on hand to conduct fun workshops in acting for kids of all ages.”
The fest will feature authors, illustrators, and performers including Darren Farrell, Ro Rao, Bob Shea, Big Jeff, Miss Nina, Dave Lambert and Friends, the MST Summer Drama Camp Cast of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and a special surprise performance from MST Company Members.
