Funeral services were held Aug. 21 at Faith and Victory Deliverance Church of God, Bayonne, for Kevin A. Welch, 36, of Jersey City. He died Aug.13 at Jersey City Medical Center. He was employed at ARC (Association of Retarded Citizens), and was a member of the Faith and Victory Deliverance Church in Bayonne. He was the husband of Claudine; the father of Michael and Madison; the son of Betty Jean Jones and Joseph Welch; and the brother of Natasha Welch and Earl Jones Jr. Services arranged by Watson Mortuary Service of Jersey City.
