A funeral mass took place July 29 Our Lady of Victories Church for Philip Woznicki, 75, a lifelong Jersey City resident. He died July 25 at Jersey City Medical Center. He was a custodial engineer for New Jersey City University. He retired in 1997. He was the husband of Maddalena; father of Linda M. Woznicki; and brother of Eugene Woznicki and the late Sis Appello.
