Great article on ‘Jitneys.’
The most dangerous violation on the Blvd. East line is constant and continuous use of cell phones by most drivers, which leaves the driver with one hand to steer, open and close the door, and make change! All drivers put their phones away and their seatbelts on at the tunnel. They know the NY Police are strict. They know the law!
Please keep on this issue and get it solved BEFORE a death or deaths occur. Good job. Thank you.
