A funeral mass was offered at St. Anne’s Church, Jersey City, for Rose Gargiulo, 99. She passed away June 8. Although born in Brooklyn, Rose lived nearly all her life in Jersey City. Working as a payroll supervisor for over 30 years for Consolidated Laundries in Jersey City, she still managed to be a wife, mother and grandmother, sharing her love with all her family. She was the wife of the late Salvatore; mother of Josephine Falcone and Ann Gargiulo; sister of Assunta Modero; grandmother of Dr. Frank Falcone and Andrea Alrefaai and great-grandmother of Mohamed – Kheir Alrefaai.
