HUDSON COUNTY — They’re not the first, and they won’t be the last. A columnist for the Record of Hackensack has this complaint in his column today:
“In reporting the jihadist arrests last weekend WPIX News identified North Bergen as being in Bergen County. It is in Hudson County. A few weeks ago they put Clifton in Essex County, and spelled the state’s third largest city Patterson rather than Paterson.”
Well, it could happen to anyone, really! But the town of North Bergen is indeed here in Hudson County, rather than in neighboring Bergen County. And it’s covered by the North Bergen Reporter, one of the Hudson Reporter’s chain of nine newspapers, all of which will be chock full of news as usual this weekend. You can read all the news HERE.
Incidentally, the Meadowlands, where the Super Bowl will be held in 2013, is in New Jersey, not New York. Just so everyone knows.
