JERSEY CITY AND NORTH BERGEN — A vigil will be held Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. for murdered North Bergen man, Martin Cabellero, in front of Stop & Shop supermarket on the corner of Central and Manhattan avenues in Jersey City, where Caballero worked.
The vigil is organized by CITIZENS in ACTION, a group of residents living near Stop and Shop, where Cabellero worked for over 10 years.
Cabellero, 47, of North Bergen, was allegedly killed by multiple stab wounds to the chest after travelling to Atlantic City on May 21 to celebrate his daughter’s 22nd birthday. Cabellero’s body was found on a West Atlantic County farm on May 30.
