HUDSON COUNTY — If you saw more traffic ‘copters swirling over the Hudson County waterfront this morning, or more people stuck at the corners waiting for their bus, it’s probably because of a truck fire outside the Lincoln Tunnel in Weehawken.
According to Fox News, a garbage truck leaving the tunnel caught fire in Weehawken around 7 a.m.
Part of Route 495 had to be closed for a short time so workers could put out the fire, which they were able to do.
