BAYONNE AND BEYOND — Bayonne officials say a man was caught on video tape removing as many as 25 pieces of steel used by the Bayonne Municipal Utilities Authority to cover sewers. The theft occurred over the weekend, and the metal would likely be sold for scrap, a city official said.
