To the Editor:
The council candidate for the 3rd Ward, Debra Noble, addressed her letter to the citizens of the 3rd Ward. She met many of these citizens, who shared many of the same thoughts, ideas, and greatly appreciated their suggestions to help move Bayonne forward. What are some of these suggestions and how will this candidate’s financial experience give her the vision to move Bayonne forward?
However, Thomas Bragen is a candidate for councilman at large. He attends council meetings and has an explicit and concrete plan for saving Bayonne: if the city takes in $100 (in taxes from the taxpayers) and deposits it into its right pocket; therefore, the city cannot give out $200 (for spending) from the left pocket.
In other words, “You can’t spend what you don’t have.”
