A mass of Christian burial took place March 18 at St. Anastasia’s Church, Teaneck, for Dr. Charles Carluccio, Jr. of Harrington Park. He died March 15. He was a doctor in West New York, serving the community for over 50 years. Dr. Carluccio was a member of the St. Mary’s Hospital medical staff as well as the Holy Name Hospital medical staff where he held the position of Chief, Department of Neuro-Psychiatry. He was listed in “Best Doctors in America” and in “Who’s Who of Behavioral Sciences.” He was the husband of the late Rosalind Pizzino; father of Charles Carluccio III and his wife Joan and Caroline Rasmussen and her husband Terry; grandfather of Peter, Jessica, Rebecca, Brian, Sara and Charles IV; and brother of Joyce Frei and the late Robert Carluccio.
