A funeral mass was offered March 15 at Our Lady of Mercy Church for Mary L. Capo, 78. She died suddenly March 11 at her home. Born in Jersey City, the lifelong resident was the daughter of the late Amelia and Andrew Aiello. She worked 30 years, retiring as an investigator for Blazer Finance on Sip Avenue, Jersey City, in 1995. She was a member of the Rosary Society and the Senior Citizens Club of Our Lady of Mercy Church, Jersey City. She was the wife of Michael; the mother of Michael and James; the mother-in-law of Iris and Lillian; the grandmother of James and Manuel; and great-grandmother of Imani, Elani and Zosima; the sister of Madeline, Gabriel, Anthony and the late Nicholas, Tony, Louis, Joseph, Andrew and Theresa Aiello. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
