Thank you for your support and coverage of Art House Productions’ 4th Annual Snow Ball event, held at Hamilton Square on Saturday, Jan. 23. It was wonderful to see so many supporters come out to help us raise funds for our 2010 programs. Even in these challenging economic times, it warms my heart to see residents, local businesses, artists, and community leaders donate their time, money and services toward keeping the arts alive in Jersey City. We are continually amazed at the generous spirit of our community – it stays strong in tough times.
Art House Productions was especially thankful for the opportunity to honor the Jersey City Division of Cultural Affairs. Maryanne Kelleher and her staff of hardworking individuals provide crucial support to Art House Productions, as they do for so many artistic and cultural organizations. They create visual and performing arts programs, they assist a wide range of local groups, they spark creativity in children, they bring us celebrations of diversity, and they help us to BE the Jersey City that makes residents proud. So thank you, Maryanne. Thank you, Cultural Affairs. We couldn’t do it without you.
