Funeral mass was held March 4 at St. John’s the Baptist for Marie Antoinette “Ann” Cassella, 94, a lifelong Jersey City resident. She passed away March 1. Marie retired from the American Can Co., Jersey City. She was the aunt of Deborah Rumore, Peter Cassella, Lisa Valderrama and Roseann Messina. She is also survived by many grand and great nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Rose Cassella and the sister of the late Francis, Edward, Joseph, and Gabriel. Marie’s love for her family will be greatly missed. Services arranged by the Riotto Funeral Home, Jersey City.
