A funeral mass was held Feb. 22 at St. Anne R.C. Church Jersey City, for James Bombich. He died peacefully on Feb. 18. James was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., coming to Jersey City over 40 years ago. James was a security guard at the River Ridge Condo’s in Fort Lee, NJ. He served his country during the Korean War. He was the husband of Mildred Bombich; the brother-in-law of Thomas Quinn, Florence Purcell, Alice Daly and her husband Donald, Marion Quinn and Russell Grish, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
