A funeral mass was offered Feb. 24 at St. Lawrence Church for Joseph Biasco 73. He passed away Feb. 21. He was born in Jersey City and lived most of his life in North Bergen. He was a retired police officer for the Union City Police Dept. and was an avid fisherman. Joseph was the husband of Frances Biasco and the son of Margurite and the late Joseph Biasco. He was the father of Joseph Biasco and Michele Rosario and the father-in-law of Maria Biasco and Luis Rosario. He was the brother of John and the late Frank Biasco as well as the grandfather of Ava Biasco and Lucas Rosario. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
