Funeral mass was offered Feb. 12 at St. Vincent’s Church for JoAnn Feil, 67, of Jersey City. She passed away Feb. 7 at Christ Hospital, Jersey City. JoAnn was born in New York City, New York and has resided the past 37 years in Jersey City. She was a clerk for 23 years at the Underwood Pharmacy in Jersey City. She was the wife of William K. Feil; the mother of Deborah Ruge and William J. Feil; the grandmother of Jessica Ruge, Barbara Ruge and Joseph Ruge; the sister of James Freire, Patricia Rodenas, and Peggy Fleming.
