Dear Editor:
I am writing to say Thank You to the hard working members of the Secaucus DPW for the excellent job you did during and after the major snowstorm on Weds. Feb.10th. This storm lasted for appr. 20 hours and dumped a significant amount of snow but our DPW was up to the task at hand.
I was out and about during and after the storm and saw firsthand the performance of the DPW workers throughout the town. I would have to say that the operational plan formulated by management that was implemented to combat the storm was a success. To all the workers of the DPW in any capacity, because of your tireless efforts you provided the residents and visitors with safe roadways and a very accessible town and I again say Thank You.
