Funeral services were held Feb. 16 for Mildred DeNonno, “Nani”, 105, of East Rutherford, prior of Carlstadt and originally of West New York. She passed away Feb. 12. Mildred was born in Guttenberg. Mildred worked in sales for A. Holthausen in Union City for many years. She was the sub commander for the Lady Foresters of America in West New York. Living to the age of 105, she has foreseen five generations. She was the wife of the late Nicola DeNonno; mother of Nancy Serafin; grandmother of Nanette Cangialosi, Donna Russo and her husband Steve, John Serafin and his wife Jane, Paul Serafin, great grandmother of Andrea Mangione and her husband Michael, Nicole Cangialosi, Lisa Russo, Timothy Russo, Kevin Russo and great great grandmother of Vincent Russo and Anthony Joseph Mangione.
