A memorial mass was held at Holy Family Church, Union City for Betsy Osorio. For 13 years, Betsy was an administrative assistant for the Board of Education in Union City. She was the mother of Betina, Jesus, Meghan and Jorge; sister of Richard, Thelma, Elaine, Evette, Michael, Laurie and Donald and grandmother of Carlos, Justice, Jesus, Xavier and Aiden.
