He was the husband of the late Luz Maria; the brother of Aurora Delgado-Rivera and the late Ramon, Octavio and Agueda Delgado; the uncle of Ismael, Rosa, Aida, Carlos, Aurea, Emma, Isabel, Josefa, Raymond, Hector, Ramonita, George, and many grand nieces and nephews.
