A funeral mass was offered Dec. 26 at St. Joseph’s and St. Michael Church, Union City, for Rose Yandolino, 102. She passed away suddenly Dec. 23. Rose was a retired restaurateur in Union City for many years with her husband Phil. She was a retired seamstress and worked for Lord and Taylor in New York City. She also worked for Lobels Uniform Shop in West New York. Rose was born in New York City and lived most her life in Union City. Rose was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s and St. Michael’s Church, Union City. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Rosarian Society and St. Michael’s Mothers Guild, Emerson High School PTA and Padre Pio Associaition, all of Union City. She was the wife of the late Philip Yandolino; the mother of Donald and the late Barbara, Roseann Spincola and husband Carl, Tina and the late Philip Yandolino; the daughter of the late Joseph and Emelia Miceli; the grandmother of Donald, Philip, Michael, Gregory, Carl Jr., Patrick and the late Douglas; the great-grandmother of Christopher and Tara, and the sister of the late Mary Noren and Frances Petracca.
