A funeral mass was offered Dec. 19 at St. Vincent dePaul R.C. Church, Stirling, for Harold Stanwood, 87, formerly of Jersey City. He passed away Dec. 16 in New York. He was born in Jersey City and was a foreman for Stucki Embroidery, Fairview. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II. He was the husband of the late Norma (nee Sciavicco.) He was the father of Bruce Stanwood and Donna Gallagher; the father-in-law of Kathy Stanwood and Harold Gallagher, Jr.; the brother of the late George Stanwood and the late Loretta Perrone, and grandfather of Jillian and Eric Stanwood.
