A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Nov. 28 at St. Aloysius Church for Clara Lupeniak, 86, a lifelong resident of Jersey City. She passed away Nov. 22 at her home. Clara was a sales associate for Macy’s Inc., in New York City for 57 years before retiring in 1999. She was a longtime communicant of St. Aloysius Church in Jersey City. Clara is survived by her cousins, Bette Freel and husband Joe, Alice Mays, John Marshak and Barbara Quinn Anderson. She was the dear friend of Alanna and Tony Honore. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
