A DANCING DELIGHT!!!

Born in Brussels, Belgium, Lisa Calache of Union City is truly a delightful person and dancing artist! A certified Zumba instructor, ballroom dancer and choreographer, Calache tells us that Zumba dancing is the new rage in fitness on an international basis.
Calache, like her mother Martine, is also from Belgium, and is also a Jehovah’s Witness religiously like her mother, who now lives in Union City. Her father Michael, now deceased, was a Coptic Christian from Alexandria, Egypt, and became a converted Jehovah’s Witness like her mother. Her father was also a medical doctor in Union City, and practiced alternative medicine. Her mother is today a homeopathic consultant in Union City. Her three sisters Mona, Stephanie, and Christine and her brothers Michael and John are also of the same religious faith, and also live in Union City.
Calache is a graduate of Union Hill High School and is a teacher in the Union City Board of Education school system. She is a chemistry teacher and also teaches a dance club at Union City High School. She achieved a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 2002 at New Jersey City University in Jersey City, and plans to study the arts at a later date there, at the university. Calache has now been a teacher for eight-years, and in 2004, she briefly lived in Secaucus, before resettling back in Union City with her family!
Aside from her educational duties with the Union City Board of Education, Calache came upon her knowledge of Zumba, and learned to enjoy its promise as a dance fitness program, which uses music from all over the world, and is a “fusion” of the two worlds of dance and fitness! Thus, in January 2009, she achieved “certified” status from the founder of the ZUMBA Program, Beto Perez from Columbia in South America, and is now in the program’s Second Level of teaching Zumba, and will achieve the fourth level by the end of this year! The Zumba Program is based in Miami, Fla., and has reached international fame in its own right, as it is a traveling teaching-taught program, and there are now many certified teaching instructors spreading throughout the metropolitan area, cross-country, and well as overseas.
Calache’s Zumba classes have many sites to choose from locally, and all are welcome to visit, enter a class, purchase a package, etc., and there is no age limit, and isin attendance, and people with disabilities are also welcome! She can also be reached at (201) 388-4128 for questions and answers, and her email address is: leeza1019@gmail.com for further consultation!
Like all young women who are active today, Calache tells us that her hobbies are glass and ceramic mosaic art. She has also studied Homeopathy, Holistic Medicine, and Natural Medicine since her youth. Her father advised her to study chemistry, but friends in the teaching profession also advised her to get her teaching credentials, and she did, and now loves the teaching profession! Calache likes most music, especially U-2 Band Music, Rock & Roll and Latin Music. She also plays the piano and the guitar; took opera lessons for three-years, and acting classes at college.
Calache also tells us that she played the piano at Carnegie Hall Auditions, and entered in the 2007 New Jersey State Open for Ballroom Dance Competition and won first place! Calache likes Broadway musicals and plays, and has traveled to Europe, Africa, the Carribbean Islands, and cross-country USA. Her place of worship is at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in West New York. Calache further tells us that astrologically she is a Libra; ladies and gentlemen, this Lovely Libra can really dance, and is in temperament —Personality Plus! So readers, join the party, dance to the music, look into Zumba Fitness dancing-training and check-out its benefits by contacting Liza Calache, and as always — All the best!!! …
