A funeral service was held Nov. 22 for George W. Vavosa, 65. He passed away Nov. 20 at home. He was a security guard for the North Bergen Housing Authority. He was the husband of Roseann; the father of Angelina, Mary and George W. Vavosa Jr.; the grandfather of Mario Anthony, Brandon Suarez and Joshua, and the brother of Francis, Walter, the late Lawrence Sinni and the late Eilenn King.
