I write regarding the upcoming election, which will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd and is sure to be of great significance to the residents of the 33rd Legislative District. First, I wish to express my support for the re-election bid of Governor Jon Corzine.
The role of the Governor is instrumental in ensuring that proper funding is received for endeavors related to education, public safety, senior care, open space, healthcare and other important matters. Bearing this in mind, I am asking voters to consider supporting Jon Corzine for Governor, as he has proven to be helpful in advancing important projects and initiatives in our district.
I look forward to continued progress for the residents of the 33rd Legislative District as I work in concert with Assemblyman Ruben J. Ramos, Jr. and Assemblywoman Caridad Rodriguez, both of whom will appear on the ballot and have worked with diligence for local residents.
Furthermore, as many know, a special election will be held for Mayor of Hoboken. While I have not offered an endorsement of any candidate in that race, I would like to wish all of the candidates well in their pursuit of the Mayor’s Office, just as I look forward to working alongside the leader of that city for the betterment of our constituency.
In closing, I encourage residents to exercise their precious right to vote and understand the magnitude of their actions in the voting booth on November 3rd.
