New Jersey needs to continue with Corzine

Dear Editor:
The Government in Washington D.C. needs as many Democratic Governors working on the same page in order to get to the country out of this difficult national and global recession.
On November 3, 2009 there is the governatorial election in the state of New Jersey. New Jersey needs to continue with Jon Corzine as Governor for the next four (4) vital years. Cities in all of Hudson County need to realize that Jon Corzine is a friend of Urban Education and under Governor Corzine New Jersey has created thousands of jobs. In Union City in particular, Mr. Corzine was instrumental in helping Mayor Brian P. Stack in the construction of our new, extraordinary High School and also helped Mayor Stack with the creation of the swimming pool that is located at nine (9) street in Palisade Avenue. Since Governor Corzine became Governor four years ago he has been a friend to preserve open space. We need to understand that when Governor Corzine took office the New Jersey state budget had a deficit of millions of dollars and Mr. Corzine had to make tough, beneficial decisions to get the state in a financial stability.

Respectfully,
Oscar Cordero
