A funeral mass was offered Oct. 26 at Our Lady of Fatima Church for Alfred A. “Herby” Brignola, 75. He passed away at home Oct. 22. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a maintenance employee with Star Dynamic Factory in Garfield. He was a past president of North Bergen Pop Warner and a former umpire for the North Bergen Little League. He was the husband of Jean J.; the father of Mark Brignola and Denise Brignola-Bleaken; the grandfather of Craig, Corey, Cody and Colin, and the brother of Claire Pastore.
