Funeral services took place Oct. 16 at St. John’s Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Frances E. Chisolm. She passed away Oct. 10 at the Jersey City Medical Center. She was the mother of Omar, Phillip Dwayne and Ahmad Chisolm; the daughter of Frances Chisolm; the sister of Jerome, Theodore, Donald, Joseph, Darryl and Carrie Chisolm and Verdell Williams, and is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the Watson Mortuary Service, Jersey City.
