Have you ever been in a pancake house somewhere else and thought, “Someone would do really well opening one in Hoboken?” We have. Well, sorry, someone beat you to it. Looks like Junior’s Papaya at 506 Washington St. in Hoboken is going to be replaced by the “Pancake House Cafe.”
