The Bayonne Police Athletic League has announced the following changes for the 2009-2010 season in the girls program: the Junior Girls League (which was previously ages 7 to 9) will now be open to girls ages 7 to 10; and the Intermediate Girls (ages 10 to 12), and the Senior Girls (ages 13 to 15) will be combined into one league for girls ages 11 to 15 and will be called the Intermediate Girls Division.
Both leagues will play in the winter, and there will be no spring basketball for girls. The League of Our Own and Boys divisions will remain the same.
