Kelly Ryan of Carteret, N.J., is engaged to Paul Primiano, also of Carteret, N.J. Kelly is the daughter of Mary and John Ryan of Carteret, N.J. Paul is the son of Joan and Paul Primiano of Carteret, N.J.
The future bride is a graduate of New Jersey City University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in special education. She is currently employed as a special education teacher with the Bayonne Board of Education.
Her fiancé is a graduate of De Paul University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance and investment. He is currently employed as an instructor with the Cement and Concrete Workers Training and Apprenticeship Fund.
A July 2010 wedding is planned.
