Funeral services took place July 30 for Elpidio Rivera, 58. He died July 24 at Christ Hospital in Jersey City. He was born in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. He was an assembly line worker for Maxwell House Coffee Co. He is survived by his children, Maria Rivera, Tasha Rivera, Milagros Montanez, Christian Montanez, Emily Rivera, and Benny Love; seven grandchildren, and his 17 devoted brothers and sisters: Juan Rivera, Jose A. Rivera, Wilfredo Rivera, Jose O. Rivera, Maria Marrero, Efrain Reveron, Miguel Reveron, Elizabeth Pacheko, Manuel Rivera, Diana Rivera, Samuel Rivera, Merna Rivera, Miguel Rivera, Sumara Rivera, Elpidio Rivera, Kathy Rivera, Jonathan Rivera and a host of nieces and nephews.
