Lifelong Bayonne resident and college coach Rob Bielan is offering a Soccer Instructional and “Tune Up” clinic at Gorman’s Field in Bayonne on July 28, 29, and 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for boys and girls ages 3 to 12.
This is a direct result of the high demand regarding the success of the June clinic, which made the second coed Soccer Instructional and “Tune Up” Clinic necessary for July. The July clinic is offered to those unable to attend the June clinic, or for the alumni who successfully completed it and would like to attend again.
“Tune Up” clinic goals include: teamwork concept; exposing children to good habits in soccer; listening and comprehension skills; using their feet and soccer balls in unison; working on gross motor skills; familiarization with a soccer ball; multi-level ability based on age and skill level; clinic is focused on raising the level of individual fundamentals.
Coach Bielan would like to stress that the environment is an entertaining, non-competitive, learning environment.
