A funeral mass was offered July 9 at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Secaucus, for Michael Peter Lari, 68, a former member of the Secaucus Town Council from 1991 – 1993. He died July 5. Prior to retiring, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer for Millmaster-Onyx in New York City. After retirement, Michael spent many years in public service and became an active volunteer for many programs, including Bergen County CASA and Volunteer Services of America (VISTA). Michael also served as past president of Cliffside Park Chapter of UNICO. Since 2007, he served as a member of the Cliffside Park School Board.He was the husband of Ann Maureen Lari; the father of Annette Margaret Lari, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Michael was pre-deceased by his parents, Michael and Margaret Lari and his siblings, Frank, Salvatore and Ann. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
