A Mass of the Resurrection was offered June 26 at St. Dominic’s Church, Brick, for Helen DeCicco Riccio, formerly of Brick. She died June 22 at Hoboken University Medical Center. Helen was born and raised in Jersey City, where she met her childhood sweetheart Frank Anthony Riccio, who was her neighbor as they were growing up. The two were later married and shared a wonderful life of 56 years together until Frank’s passing in 2000. Helen resided in Brick after leaving Jersey City and remained there until her move to Hoboken three years ago. She was the mother of Frank A. Riccio, Jr., Roberta Rose Kenny and the late Robert Thomas Riccio. Helen leaves her grandchildren, Justin Riccio, Emily and Daniel Riccio and Alessandra, Bernard and Francis Kenny. She is survived by her brother, Fred DeCicco and sister, Sylvia Nardone, both of Florida. Services arranged by the O’Brien Funeral Home, Brick.
