Dear Editor:
In regards to the Swine Flu I think it is very important for the Jersey City Board of Education to let the people of Jersey City know what precautions they are taking on our schools and what is available and what treatment there is.
We want to keep our children and teachers informed on the deadly virus that may be mixed with pig and duck.
At time it mutates it becomes harder for a vaccine. I say all teachers should remind students to wash hands, cover their mouths when coughing, sneezing. This is not even flu season, October to the end of April is. Children should be vaccinated no later than October, because it takes 14 days for the body to build an immunity.
