To the Editor:
We are grateful for this opportunity to thank the following establishments and their owners for making our recent Mother’s Day Raffle fundraiser a success through their generosity. They are: Chris’ Corner, Mona Lisa, Amici’s, The Corner Office, Venice, Brockman’s Pharmacy, Teezers Salon, Tony’s Pizza, Mario’s Pizza, European Day Spa, San Vito’s, Elan Salon, Sound City, Paster’s, Silver Express, Hendrickson’s Restaurant, Aaron’s, Unique Books, Sacalis Florist, Say It with Flowers, 40th Street Florist, and Moosies Garden Center.
From Second to 40th Streets, there were two miles of caring merchants (retail and restaurant establishments). Wow! They are a vital part of our community. May we continue to support them, because they have so much to offer and always aim to please.
Also, of course, their fellow merchants from 41st Street to the city line and First Street to Bergen Point. Aren’t we fortunate!
Thank you to everyone who purchased our raffle tickets, and congratulations to our winners. Last, but certainly not least, thank you to BCB Community Bank for allowing us to use their lobby.
May God bless all mothers on this earth and those with him in heaven.
