This year, Hoboken voters will be able to pick any one mayoral candidate and any three council-at-large candidates. In Jersey City, you can vote for mayor, for a councilperson from your ward, and for any three council-at-large candidates.
There will likely be runoff elections held June 9 in the mayor and council races, if a candidate fails to get more than 50 percent of the vote. To find out how, go back to the homepage and click on “Hoboken news” and “Jersey City news.”
