A funeral mass was offered May 8 at St. Francis R.C. Church for Martha “Mickey” Roder, 81. She passed on at her residence on May 6. Martha was born in Hoboken and was a lifelong resident. She was a seamstress for Miss America Originals for many years. She is survived by her daughter Debra Englese, her brother Howard Roder, her sister Evelyn Wassong, and her grandson John Englese. Martha was predeceased by her brothers Frank and John Roder and sister Christina Marro. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
