Dear Editor:
Thank you for the opportunity to run in the recent school board election. It was an educational experience (no pun intended) as well as an exhausting one.
I was glad to see increased voter turnout for something as critically important for our schools, and I hope the trend in increased interest and voter participation continues. Our schools are one of the most important components of our community.
I also want to congratulate Theresa, Maureen and Ruth. As a community, we should all give them and the full board our unfettered support and cooperation in helping to make the schools of Hoboken not just better, but the best.
